The Room Co. is thrilled to be working with forward thinking builders across the Wasatch front, combining experience, resources, and knowledge to make both production and custom homes the best they can be. We have scrutinized and studied every surface on the market to offer you a wide variety of carefully procured materials to work with. That way you can feel confident in both the quality and the aesthetics of your choices.
1 - Once your purchase contract is finalized you will schedule your first meeting
with us. All pre-construction meetings will take place at our design center, located at
10500 S. Temple Drive. South Jordan, UT 84095.
2 – Our design center team will help you identify an aesthetic that resonates with
you, and help you select all the finishes to reflect your individual style. Every detail,
from grout colors to hardware will be discussed and planned.
3- At your final design meeting we will thoroughly review all of your finishes and
selections, and have you sign off on your customized selection packet. This meeting
is typically where you will submit your construction deposit to the builder as well.
Designing your new home is the first step, but we go the extra mile by working closely with the builder to make sure the design is properly implemented. We are available to find solutions in case unforeseen problems, special requests, or other unique circumstances arise.
Our expertise goes beyond paint swatches and light fixtures. We can also design custom furniture packages that maximize your space and make your new home look it’s best. Furniture can be ordered during construction and held until closing. We even offer install and staging services.
